Last updated: 2026-10-08

The service

Bayline, operated by TwoQM, provides a website, booking, work orders, estimates, invoicing and mobile apps for auto repair shops and detailing businesses. During the beta the service is free and may change.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account information and for keeping your password safe. Owners are responsible for who can access their business and with which role.

Your business's data

The data your business stores is yours. You are responsible for having permission to store it and to contact your customers (for example, consent for text messages), and for the prices, taxes and notices you show. You can export it at any time. We process that data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service for anything unlawful, to send unsolicited messages, to access other businesses' data or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Beta and availability

During the beta the service is provided "as is": it may have bugs or interruptions, and some features (such as card payments) aren't available yet. Keep your own copies (export) of important data. We'll tell you before we start charging.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, TwoQM is not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the service during the beta. Estimates, diagnoses and work your business provides are your business's responsibility.

Ending

You can close your business or delete your account at any time from settings. We may end the beta with reasonable notice so you can export your data.
